Forming cohousing Community in the beautiful small town of Quincy, California. Infinite outdoor recreation opportunities in Quincy and surrounding areas. Wondeful community and place to live.

We have a site identified (5.13 acres) within walking (and biking along the bike path) distance of downtown and all shopping! We are currently focusing on forumulating our offer for the site.

The proposed site is also directly across the street from American Valley Growers, a 2 year new organic farm.
