McCamant & Durrett Architects have been selected to design the community.

The 5.2 acre site is conveniently located near shopping, transportation and is immediately adjacent to a neighborhood park.

Cornell Village CoHousing is a 33-unit development proposal that includes 2, 3 & 4 bedroom townhomes and a common house. This will be a "green" community and is being designed to adhere to principles & practices of sustainable development.
