Affordable, cohousing-oriented rental community in Sebastopol!

Petaluma Avenue Homes

Petaluma Avenue Homes is an innovative housing development under construction in downtown Sebastopol, CA that will bring together affordable, accessible rentals and cohousing principles. It will feature 45 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units available for individuals and families.

Rent

The rents will range from $437 – $1,213 and will be set based on income.

Cohousing Amenities

We have designed Petaluma Avenue Homes according to cohousing principles, adding open courtyards, community garden space, and a Central Club House with an extra shared kitchen, children’s play area, computer room and several meeting rooms.

Although each resident will have everything he or she needs within each unit, the community amenities give Petaluma Avenue Homes an old-fashioned neighborhood feeling where everyone knows each other, children can safely explore and play outdoors, and shared meals or community events, while not required, are quick and easy to organize.

If you are interested in an affordable cohousing community that will also support your needs for privacy and your busy schedule, contact us at Petaluma Avenue Homes!
