Completed in 1996, we are 28 homes on approximately 5 acres. We have 6 different floor plans/sizes of units attached in different configurations in a large oval, with the Common House in the middle. We were able to build around a lot of the original trees – Valley Oaks and Walnuts. We also have 4 homes in the adjoining neighborhood which have become associate members. We have an active social calendar with events planned throughout the year. We share evening meals 2-3 times per week.

Amenities include workshop, arts and crafts room, grassy play area, swimming pool, sauna, bike sheds, jungle gym and swings, garden areas, orchard, gazebos, tree house, roof garden. The Common House has kitchen, multipurpose room, laundry, lounge, game room, teen room, guest quarters (with shower), and office.

Environmental design features include highly insulated homes, some with passive solar exposure, solar electric panels and solar hot water for the Common House, drought tolerant landscape with drip irrigation, and storm drainage ponds for ground water recharge. We are located near Bidwell Park, which serves as a protected bike way, which many residents use to bicycle to and from work.
