We are 34-unit cohousing community located walking distance from a lovely Sierra Nevada Foothill town. Over 6 of our 10 acres is dedication open space. Initiated by architects Katie McCamant & Chuck Durrett in 2002; move-in 2005.

We are 84 (+2) people altogether- 56 adult members, 30 kid members. This includes: 17 elder members (55+), 12 single adult households, 19 households with kids.

Our community features many sustainable features including photovaltaic solar for every home and the common house, built with sustainability forested lumber, hydronic heating system, very energy efficient, heathly homes.
